LS has undertook over 30 national and provincial scientific research projects like Aerospace SPB Generic Technology Research, Aerospace SPB Research & Protection Condition Construction, etc. The “Platform Construction of SPB Technology Innovation”, “Aerospace Maintenance-free SPB’s PTFE Fabric Liner”, and “High-end Maintenance-free SPB’s R&D and Industrialization” have won the first class prize and the second class prize of the Fujian Scientific and Technological Progress, and “Long-life and High-reliability Trust Rod SPB Used in Heavy Truck” has won the second class prize of Fujian Technology Innovation Award. LS is the main manufacturer for Chinese aerospace SPB. LS not only can develop Aerospace SPB meet AS and EN standard, but also can develop various nonstandard SPB. LS has been certificated by NAVAIR( Type A) which is the most authoritative experimental organization in the field of SPB and Type A is the most rigorous standard in NAVAIR. LS is the only company in China that has passed NAVAIR certification. There are 8 types of aerospace SPBs including about 6,000 sizes have been listed in U.S QPL-AS81820.
LS has complete R&D system and strong R&D ability, and has National Enterprise Technology Center and the only one SPB’s R&D institute and inspection and testing center in China. LS has been approved as Fujian SPB’s Key Laboratory, Fujian Precision Bearing Project R&D Center, Fujian High-end SPB Project R&D Center, and established the Postdoctoral Research Station. LS is the spherical plain bearings sub-technical committee secretariat unit of National Rolling Bearing Standardization Technical Committee, the main drafting unit of SPB’s national standard and industrial standard, the only China enterprise that participated in the SPB’s international ISO standard drafting. LS has won the first class prize of Fujian Provincial Standard Contribution Award, and has 72 valid authorized patents, among which 35 are authorized invention patents till now.
LS is taking the domestic and foreign excellent management idea as a reference, using the quality management system model which based on the process management, taking GB/T 15498 ” "Enterprise Standard System Management Standards and Working Standard System"” as the basis platform, following the main route of ISO 9001 “Quality Management Systems Requirement”, IATF 16949 “ Quality Management Systems Requirement Automotive Products and Relevant Service Parts”, and GB/T 19580 “Evaluation Criteria for Excellence Performance”, combining with ISO 14001 “ Environmental Management System-Requirement and Guidance for Use”, OHSAS 18001 ”O(jiān)ccupational Health and Safety Management System-Requirements”, and other specific requirement for the management system standard like Internal Control System and the Integrity Risk Prevention and Control System etc. LS combines the process(function) centralized structure with hierarchical structure, building four sections including enterprise management basis, resource management, product realization and service offering and evaluation, and extending to several process(function) classification centralized structure, including standard system like management standard, technical standard and working standard, forming the integrated management standard which combined quality, environment, safety and internal control system.
